One of my favorite meals to sit down to as a child was the classic Sloppy Joe. They were messy, delicious, and everyone in the family loved them. As I raised my own kids, I found that it was a relatively frugal and easy meal to make. Now, I find it neat to watch my grown children make them as well. There’s something to be said about a meal that can be shared by multiple generations.
